Weather Conditions

In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions that prevent us from traveling to your event, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Liability for Damages

Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety and proper use of the Photo Booth equipment during the event. Any damage to the equipment or props caused by guests will result in a charge to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.

Security

Our Photo Booth includes a camera that records all sessions to ensure quality and security. These recordings will not be shared or used for any purpose other than operational review and security.

Supervision of Children

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult when using the Photo Booth.

Abusive Behavior

Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other guests will not be tolerated. In such instances, the Photo Booth will be temporarily closed, and the situation will be addressed directly with the person(s) who booked us.

Harm or Mistreatment of Penny the Dog

Penny, our beloved dog, is part of our team. Any harm or mistreatment toward her will result in the immediate closure of the Photo Booth, and the incident will be reported to the police.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by us due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather (see Section 1). Refunds for other cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the notice period provided.

Event Coverage

The Photo Booth will be available for the duration specified in your booking. Additional time may be arranged at an extra charge, subject to availability.

Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. Images and recordings from your event will be used solely for you and your guests. When booked, we have the right to use any images and own the copyright to them all..

Health and Safety

We follow strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please respect the instructions of our attendant at all times.

Indemnity

By booking our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our business, staff, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from your event, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
